"The bed configuration in our Deluxe Studio was a little strange. One of the sofa beds was placed inside a closet 🙂 with folding doors. The room was cleaned every day as part of the booking, which was great. The biggest drawback is that there isn't a live person on site for immediate assistance, you have to call the management company. On the flip side, location is excellent, you can walk to all the tourist hotspots, and easily experience the alleys, narrow streets and cafes of a European city....

"Property was ok, bed was very hard though. Shower worked great, nice hot water. Apartment was clean and nice kitchen setup even though we didn’t use it. No contact check in was easy. We were on the 1st floor so we kind of heard a lot of noise and music from a brunch place next door that was apparently very popular because there was a constant line of people waiting to eat there very early in the morning. "Check in was ok. The office was very small and uncomfortable. Once checked in, we went to our room and turned on the a/c which cooled down the room - then we discovered that we had 2 a/c which was even better especially in the 30-plus weather. Room was good, shower was small and the sink needed getting used to - have to experience it to understand. Room has a bar fridge, small stove, microwave, sink and came with dishes and cutlery. "Great location. Staff ready to answer any questions. The studio is clean and modern. Very sparse kitchen. The shower does not have a cubby or caddy for shower gel and soap. The bottles are on the floor of the shower! Also not big enough for family with teenagers. "

"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."

"Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. "Overall a good stay given the age of the flat. Everything was immaculate apart from hair missed by the cleaners in the shower (see photo), creaky and thin floorboards so people were stomping above us at all hours. Only 1 spare thin toilet roll so had to buy more. June is the month of street parties so we could hear a nearby party but we really didn’t mind as it felt like white noise but others might mind. Access to lockers at a different apartment was super helpful and easy as it was just €1....
