Our room was spotlessly clean and well-prepared for our arrival. They even left a doggie treat and blanket which was just so thoughtful and kind. I recommend this hotel to anyone!"

"This was a great hotel. Nice clean room that was perfect for what we needed. Walking distance to the canal, gondola tours, shopping centre and restaurants. The staff was really helpful. We opted for private parking which was below the nearby mall - the hotel provides a swipe card and directions. A short walk back to the hotel, but felt very safe about leaving the rental car there. "We LOVED our stay here! Right from when we checked in, we got a glass of champagne and a snack, followed by a wonderful breakfast hand delivered to our room the next morning. Everything was spotless, and the staff was very welcoming. The only thing that you should be aware of is there is no lift, so if you can’t do stairs, ask for a main floor suite. Highly recommend this place in Coimbra! "
