"Perfect for our family. My only wish is we had access to a ktichen. But we did have a microwave, mini fridge and a sink with set of dishes. Plus oatmeal, snackes, seltzer and so many tea options. "

"We loved our stay here. My daughter (16) said she wanted to live here within 5 minutes of arriving! A distinctive layout, with lots of windows and a great view; all rooms are beautifully upkept, well appointed and comfortable; and the amazing bike trail is literally outside the front door. We also really like Kendall Yards - great selection of shops and places to eat within walking distance. We'll be back for sure! "

"Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, the house was clean, comfortable and nice. There is a very large tv system in the basement which made for fun movie watching on a big comfortable couch. Adequate kitchen supplies and nice W/D setup. My only recommendation would be that the owners upgrade the curtains in the house. The sheer curtains over the front window don't provide much privacy and the bedrooms have odd half length curtains so there is no way to block out the neighbors porch light...

"This lovely little spot in South Perry is like having your own apartment in a darling, walkable Spokane neighborhood. We included our dogs this time, and they felt right at home too. Love this great find!"

"A cute little house that gets the job done for 2-5 people. It is small and although it has good modern updates, signs of it being an old house exists such as sticky doors that don’t latch well. A bit of a stretch to call it ‘high end.’ There’s only one bathroom which has the only mirror in the house. Would benefit from putting up other mirrors in the bedrooms so as to not occupy the bathroom for things like hair/makeup. "
