"Great"

"We stayed here overnight before an early morning flight. The hotel was in easy walking distance (as two able-bodied adults) of the airport. Check in was easy; the pool and water slide looked fun, although we didn't utilize it. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Accommodations were basic and slightly worn, but we had everything we needed. Despite being next to the airport, we slept soundly and didn't notice any noise. There were grab and go breakfast items available in the morning (3:45 am), which was very convenient. There was also a hotel shuttle available, but we chose to walk. We would stay there again."

"Great location next to the river trail. Easy walk to the Podium, where my kid was competing in a track meet. Also a quick walk to downtown and Riverfront Park, so lots to do in the area. The Van Gogh exhibit is across the parking lot. Much better value than the other hotels in the area. It is an older apartment complex that has been renovated. Not the newest/ fanciest rooms but they are big, clean, and comfortable. Very nice restaurant onsite that has tasty, affordable food at happy hour. We ate there twice. Front desk staff were friendly and accommodating --they let us check in early. Parking is free. I wish they had free breakfast but can't complain for the price."

"Overall nice facility. Downtown Spokane is a bit confusing with all of the one-way streets...... but facility was nice and clean. One thing thst could be improved..... is more signage in parking garage on how to grt in the hotel. "

"A very interesting, historical hotel. We appreciated how convenient the location was to downtown & restaurants. Once inside the hotel, it feels like its own world. The inside lounge areas are beautiful & rooms are clean & well kept. Appreciated the coffee bar."
