Great location an hour from the beach, 5 minutes from hiking, short drive to wineries. Super friendly hosts. We enjoyed our stay and didn't want to leave.

The cottage is tidy, cozy, and comfortable. The property is lovely! We enjoyed the serenity of being in the country while still being just a few minutes away from town. The hosts were gracious and responsive. We loved our getaway and we will definitely be back.

Truly a Great Get Away
It was a solo trip and I enjoyed all the extra touches that the cottage provided. I was able to relax, feel safe and the surrounding area was beautiful. Even the mornings I had to work I didn’t mind because the cottage was so cute. There is hiking close by that the host pointed out that I appreciated. I would definitely like to come back!

Amazing Location for a Solo Getaway
This was a wonderful location and experience. It was a quiet location with easy access to the town and numerous wineries. I am thankful for the hospitality of the hosts. The snacks and teas added to the cozy feel of the space. I highly recommend this location.

I would definitely recommend staying here. It is perfect for a couple. We stayed four nights while visiting family. It is clean, cozy, & homey. The owners were great & thought of every detail!

The cottage was a cozy, comfortable and inviting home base for exploring the northern Willamette Valley, close to the beautiful town of McMinnville (lots of restaurants, wine tasting rooms and nice shops). The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Comfy, conveniently located. Great hosts, and attractive property. A bit of barking from the dog next door, but it didn’t last. Cottage is very well appointed, very clean, and well-maintained.

Wonderful Little Cabin
Had a very relaxing stay in this quaint "cabin". Kathryn and John are wonderful hosts, they even had freshly baked cookies waiting for us. The location was perfect. Close to McMinnville and Linfield University yet far enough from town to enjoy the peace and quiet of a more rural setting. The place was just right. Cute, clean and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Kathryn made sure everything was great for us. They have a new air conditioner which worked really well. We actually had to turn it up, as the cottage was getting cold! The flowers are beautiful and the deer are friendly! Highly recommend!!!

Great stay! Awesome hosts!
This is a great little cottage. Kathryn and John have thought of everything you could possibly need and are truly amazing hosts. They make sure that you don't want for anything and are always available if you do. They put a lot of care into the landscape and it's lovely. Not to mention the yummy welcome cookies! So very thoughtful.The location is central to everything. It's nice that it's just outside of town, so you get the quiet of the country while still being close to town and everything else. We took a day trip to the coast to meet up with a friend and it was a quick and beautiful drive.Highly recommend this stay.

Exactly as advertised and extremely comfortable
We totally enjoyed the cottage. It is clean, updated, whimsical, and really cool inside, due to the new air conditioning unit. It was mid 80’s outside, and we literally turned down the air as it was getting too cold inside! Kathryn and John surprised us with homemade chocolate chip cookies, flowers, apples, coffee and on top of that, just a very special and friendly “Welcome to our home!” The cottage is just far enough out of McMinnville that it is extremely quiet, and we enjoyed the local deer in the yard all three mornings of our stay. (Not to mention the flowers!” We highly recommend!!!

We were looking for a small, clean, quiet & cozy spot a bit out of town. This was the perfect place for us. Check in was simple, everything we needed was there, including homemade chocolate chip cookies!😊The owner checked on us mid week, & checkout was simple too! We would definitely stay there again!

Cute little cottage and great stay
Kathryn & John were great hosts and di everything they could to make sure our stay was pleasurable. It was a 5 star stay but the A/C in the cottage struggles with hot temperatures and it was close to 100 degrees the entire stay. K&J supplied plenty of fans but that isn't the same as a good A/C system. Fortunately, there are only a handful of days in McMinnville that aer this hot. The cottage is in a rural area outside of McMinnville so it is very quiet and peaceful.

Great cottage near McMinnville wineries
Kathryn & John were great hosts and did everything they could to make our stay a pleasurable one. The cottage is located in a rural area of McMinnville so it is quiet and peaceful. We hit a bit of a heat wave that is generally short term in this area but the A/C is not able to handle those spikes. Thankfully, K&J provided many fans that helped to cool it down a bit.
