"The location of this property is AMAZING. Being able to walk across the street to the game was 5 star for me. We could walk just about all over Norman from this location. The unit is very cute and clean. We had a hot water issue but the owners took care of it and made it right with us. I would stay here again especially for a Football game!! Bonus is it was close the campus Dorms so visiting my freshmen or taking groceries to her was easy!!"

"The property is great for the price. It is the back of a house. I thought it would be a duplex type thing but it’s an add on to a home and it appears they rent both units. The backyard was very tall, over a foot for sure and that was disappointing. It has a nice fence, doggie door, the only down fall is the gate isn’t secured so I didn’t feel safe letting my dog use the doggie door because anyone could walk by and open that gate without me knowing. "We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold. "We stayed at this apartment while we were in town to tour OU. We loved it. It was super comfortable and there were little amenties that made the apartment very nice (snacks/water/sodas). "Solid 2 bedroom. A 4 star and could be a 5 star with a few enhancements. Theres no live TV, so you have to go to the web and steam it through the WiFi. The TVs ability to stream WiFi is impossible. The WiFi is fine and we streamed TV and games on my lap top but the TV ability doesn’t work and was looping slow. Place could use an upgrade in sheets and pillows. Pillows were old.
