"The property is great for the price. It is the back of a house. I thought it would be a duplex type thing but it’s an add on to a home and it appears they rent both units. The backyard was very tall, over a foot for sure and that was disappointing. It has a nice fence, doggie door, the only down fall is the gate isn’t secured so I didn’t feel safe letting my dog use the doggie door because anyone could walk by and open that gate without me knowing. "The unit was as advertised. It was located really close to University of Oklahoma campus. We came down for the weekend to go to the football game so it was perfect. The place was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. I would stay again."

"We stayed here in Jan 2025. This place is like an add-on to a small house. It seemed to be a fairly new remodel. The furniture and beds were nice. Temps outside were mid forties. There was one mini split unit that kept the main area plenty warm. There were small space heaters that don't work well for heating the bedrooms so the bedrooms were very cold.
