"The customer service and accommodations were wonderful. My room was clean and comfortable. The property is pristine and very pretty with flowers. The young couple who runs the place are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this affordable option. I felt safe and comfy. "

"The check-in went smoothly. The lady in the front desk is pleasant, accommodating and has an excellent customer service. The room looks new and renovated. Hoping all their rooms is neat and looks new same as where we checked-in for one night. Clean bathroom, essentials is well provided such as tissue, soap, towels, shampoo and conditioner. Free parking and close to all amenities. The dock of island queen cruise is just nearby, 6 minute drive and 15min. walk if I’m not mistaken. The downside is the hotel being close to the train which you can hear @ night but surprisingly I slept well despite the noise of the train."

"This is our second time to stay here. Once in winter and once this summer. As a friend said ,it's kind of a magical place . Big and beautiful but still homey feeling. Kimberley is very responsive and we had a great time."

"The location is 10/10, the free watercraft was an added bonus & the breakfast buffet was a great start to each day. The beds were very comfortable but the bathroom was a little smelly and tired. The hairdryer attached to the wall needs to be removed as it is a hazard"
