"The Bear Cabin is a such a gem. It was cozy, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Hot tub is a total added bonus. The cabin had everything we could need and restaurants no more than 10-15 mins away. We wish we stayed longer!"

"From the fresh cut flowers on the back porch to the wonderful homey ambience inside, this place is truly a home away from home. Beautiful scenery outdoors, and comfy and cozy inside. The front deck was beautifully decorated with fall mums, and inside various plants, basking in the sun make this cabin come alive. The host was a delight to communicate with, and available every time we had a question or need. We are already planning our trip back. "

"The family and I wanted to spend a classic New England weekend in a log cabin in the winter. Unfortunately, kids got sick so I just went with my dog. We had a ball. It's a lovely property at a lovely location. Look forward to bringing the family back at a later date maybe in the summer or fall to be able to enjoy the lake and surrounding activities. "The house, which was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, was situated within the complex as to provide a lot of privacy and quiet. It was also a convenient distance from the White Mountain National Forest. Were I to visit the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. The only glitch was the code for the keyless entry did not work, and it took about an hour for the site manager to respond back with the code for the lock box.
