"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. "It was a dream to stay on Mike’s amazing boat with my family. Mike was very attentive to our needs and even stocked the fridge/ freezer prior to our arrival. The boat is so comfortable and the beds/ bedding amazing. Our family had a wonderful time together. We look forward to going back to this one of a kind experience!"
