"Mr Burnett never contacted us or responded to our inquiries. We attempted to get access information from him numerous times with absolutely no response. We were in the area for my Mom to have a tumor removed from her brain. We ended up having to find a hotel at 9:00 pm after a very long day in the hospital because there was no access to the boat. 5 STARS to VRBO who responded quickly and promised to refund our money. "Mike was great with meeting us at the marina. Gave us a crash course on how to work things. Simple overall. Our boys (4 and 7) had a blast. Within walking distance of downtown Chattanooga. Definitely recommend this experience. "

"My wife and I rented the cabin for a 4 day weekend for our anniversary. Cabin is very clean and well stocked. We loved that it is located near many beautiful hiking trails. We really enjoyed playing pool and air hockey, but the best part was relaxing in the hot tub and listening to the birds. We will definitely rent the cabin again the next time we go to Ocoee!"
