"The property was just as described with beautiful views of the countryside. The house was clean, smartly appointed & stocked with essentials for our short stay. Enjoyed access to Faylor recreation where during a brisk pre-sunrise jog witnessed ice fishing on the lake. Look forward to visiting again!"

"Over all a good stay. Nice location, clean, beds hard , but for 2 days it worked. Only real issue was the listing had a $50 fee for a pet. Ended up receiving 2 $50 fees. Which was/is confusing. "

There was nothing we didn’t have. The property owner was so responsive to minor things and was kind and easy to work with. Pool area was amazing and the kids lived in it all week. "This house was a perfect place for our family as we came to the area for a local wedding. The Burd House allowed us a place for the young adults to stay. The kitchen is perfect for big family meals and the large firepit was utilized each night for relaxation and stores. The close proximity to a full service grocery store is an added bonus."

"The beautiful stained glass windows brighten an already eclectic great room. There are so many fun things to interact with in this house. The feel of this house is playful and informal. We played games and did puzzles while relaxing with the warmth of the pellet stove. The snow and cold made it feel like winter camping in the woods. Enjoy this house with an open mind. It really is fun!"
