"Love the Graduate. Sadly, the restaurant at this one compared to other Graduate properties is not great, the food was like a bad perkins, and the coffee was sad. It’s also not very well-kept. This is my first time here, been to the chain probably 10 times. The rooms are still terrific, the overall condition of this property is on thin ice."

"Staff was excellent and very attentive to all issues as they were great ambassadors for the company. Did have issues with the plumbing though as faucets and showers would only pump out lukewarm water for few minutes. This even after plumber had been called to the building on the first night of our stay. Other minor issue is that the in-room safe was locked closed when we arrived."

"This property was even better than the listing described it. We were a big group and had more than enough room for everyone with beds to spare. We couldn’t believe how well stocked the kitchen was. There was nothing we didn’t have. The property owner was so responsive to minor things and was kind and easy to work with. Pool area was amazing and the kids lived in it all week. Everything felt upscale and luxurious. Property was spectacular and beautiful. I can’t say enough great things. "
