Fully Furnished 4 Bed/3 Bath House with Pool

Recently updated and renovated, this house is part of a quiet community, ideally located close to Tenth and Trenton, an hour from South Padre Island, a couple of minutes from several parks and close by to stores like Walmart and HEB.
Each room in this house is fully furnished with a comfortable queen size bed as well as blackout blinds for the guests comfort. This house also comes with 3 full bathrooms with 4 bedrooms.
For your entertainment, a smart TV will be available as well as a ping pong table in a comfortable lounge area next to a small library. Feel free to use the pool as well as the provided barbecue pit for your entertainment needs. The backyard also leads to a relaxing paved walking/biking trail that is open for use at all times.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all basic appliances such as a microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, as well as plates and cutlery.
Also available for guest use is a two car garage.
In the garage, both a washer and dryer is available for guest usage.
You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay at this home!

Quite nice! Clean and Spcious
Our family of five adults stayed at this property while visiting the RGV. The home has very spacious bedrooms and living areas. It was very clean and nicely appointed. We enjoyed our stay, particularly coming back to a nice, comfortable home to spend quiet, relaxing evenings at the end of our day. Swimming, ping pong and a friendly, responsive host were added bonuses :) All good and recommended.

Nice House in a Quiet Neighborhood
A group of old friends stayed for a week. Everything was as advertised. The house was very clean and it was nice to have the four bedrooms so we could spread out and maintain some privacy. The owner was very responsive to one minor issue and all communications were great.

This house was very comfortable - all appliances worked, pool was well-maintained. I had trouble figuring out the smart tv and the smart thermostat , and the owner was available to help. The garage was large enough to easily park my car. I had a delightful month in this rental.
