Find Hotel with a Concierge in Mbarara

"My reservation at the property was the worst experience I had with Expedia for the past 10 years. I reserved this hotel on Expedia for a group of friends and upon arrival they were told that the hotel has no contract with Expedia. I called Expedia on the spot but they could resolve the problem. We ended paying from our pocket. Please don’t book this particular hotel on Expedia."
