"Absolutely loved staying here. Everything in the room was perfect, from the bed, bathroom, and even having filtered water. The large windows with the natural light really made it feel so amazing. I will be staying here next time I come to visit. Oh and having the amazing rooftop and doing a yoga class up there was just incredible."

"Only there for a night. The host/manager could have done a better job explaining how to get there, instead of simply suggesting to use Waze maps! Also, they are building a new house at the bottom of the property, so it's a little dangerous having to walk thru a construction site to get to the beach down below. "Firstly, I have to thank Catherine so much for her amazing communication. The perfect host, such quick response to all of our questions. "If you do stay in one of the properties this guy owns do NOT give him cash! He is a scammer, asked us to pay him cash because according to him he had not received payment from Vrbo/HomeAway and our pending charge on our credit card would be removed. "This room had an AMAZING view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. It is a lakefront property with the room on the lower section facing the water. The bedroom and bathroom had amazing views and the hosts were very communicative for check in and check out. We needed to leave our bags at the property for a while while we did a tour and they were also able to help us store and retrieve our luggage when we were ready to leave."

"It is set out as a Luxury apartment but can't really qualify as such. It is nice, but quite noisy as it is right next to a restaurant with live music. Also quite smelly from all the restaurants' grey water just flowing into the lake outside the windows. The bathroom is also very damp with mold on the walls. Everything else was good though, and the hosts were very responsive."

"We found out last minute that Expedia had overbooked the property so we were left without accommodations for multiple hours on each day. Luxury Atitlan did its ultimate best to accommodate our stay. We would love to hear back from Expedia as we were forced to move on four separate occasions. One particular night was completely off-site and was not comparable to what the nightly cost was. "

"This place is across the street from the biggest party place in San Pedro. There is also an air hockey machine right outside the bedroom window that people played at any hour. I left early and found a quieter hotel. The shower hot water didn’t work, and the toilet stopped having running water- the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful, the owner was difficult and unpleasant."

"Definitely surprised about this beautiful loft that reminded me of Lisbon, Portugal! Every corner had so many curated details. Art, comfort, luxury and convenience! The housekeeper was very kind and helped me throughout my brief stay! Definitely coming back soon! I recommend this for single people or small groups. I’d only add an automatic garage door!
