"Overall the property was very good, clean and comfortable. The rear step entry needs more lighting at night, the sensor light by the door was not working. To be safer for older visitors, grab bars for toilet and shower would be very good. Good instructions for operating the TV would be helpful. All that could be accessed was Roku, which not provide any local channels. 5 controllers, but only one worked. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again if the opportunity arises. I was born and raised near the area and it was such a fun experience to stay in New Richmond and see the ways that the town is being revitalized. "Very nice stay. Comfortable for two adults and two children. Ceiling fan was nice to have as I usually like lots of air movement regardless of temperature. All seating (for four) was reclinable which really was a good thing after walking all over the ark encounter and level two zip lining. "This rental is new and has a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, quiet neighborhood and an awesome host! The pictures and description on VRBO didn't really describe how nice this place is. The bedrooms could use a chair and table to set things on. Being new there were two water related issues that need to be fixed, but I feel sure they will be fixed very quickly. This is a great place to stay, very quiet with everything you need! Gina is awesome and very responsive!"

"We came for a long weekend stay to visit the Noah's Ark and Creation Museums. The house was perfect and the owner communicated with us throuhout the stay. Very easy to deal with and pleasant. The house was clean and well furnished. The bed in the "master" bedroom was super comfortable. The only "negative" for us was there are not many resturant options close to the house. "
