Lake-front property. 45 minutes from the Ark Encounter; 60 min. from Creation Museum. Fishing on Kincaid Lake; nature all around. Rocking chairs on front porch. Gas fireplace. Large campfire circle with stone wall seating. Bring your own canoe, kayak or boat to enjoy. Large eat-in kitchen with island/bar and adjoining screened- in back porch: perfect for entertaining. ***For the winter months: if there is snow or ice, a 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended as the last 1/4 mile of gravel road is not plowed and is a nice hill.

Wasn’t crazy about the distance from major places but it was quiet and peaceful. The set up was good! We enjoyed our time around the table together. Do suggest that you have a pizza pan and spatula available;)

Had a wonderful stay here. Very private and quite. I loved setting on the screened in porch watching the fish jump and the squirrels play while I drank my coffee. All the accommodations to make you feel at home. Great place to get away from a busy life.

Great place to get away!
Our family loved the peace of the lake, the swing and the bonfire circle. The kitchen was roomy with a big island and the house was clean and cozy. Suzanna was so responsive to all my questions.

Short weekend stay!
The property was exactly as described very nice place, plenty of amenities well stocked kitchen. Very spacious. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch! Will be planning a longer stay where we can enjoy the fire pitt and lake. Hosts were easily reached for any questions.

Awesome
It was grate. Right in the middle of nowhere and everywhere at the same time. It had a pound we went fishing and the house has very comfortable beds. There a washer and a dryer and a big screened in court if you need a place to stay this is a very good place to stay the host keeps in contact with you and is a very nice.

This was a peaceful, private getaway.
The house was very clean and cozy. We had trouble connecting to the WiFi and contacted the hostess and it was promptly taken care of. Instructions for check in were clear and hassle free. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

The stay was good. Nice little house on edge off a not so nice finger of lake. House was good but roads leading to house extremely narrow.
