"Our room was clean and welcoming and very private. We arrived late at night (11:00 pm) and initially had a problem with WIFI and our TV reception. Even at this late hour the desk clerk was very polite and considerate and responded immediately to sort out the problem. We had no further issue and had a very comfortable 4 days."
