We spent less time on the boat then we thought we might have because we were out at concerts/ shows most of the day. This would be a great spot for a single family who has a plan to cook rather than eat out and wants to be able to walk into town. "It was perfect for what we needed. Kayaks being there was great for the kids. Only reason it didn’t get all 5s was that it just needs a few maintenance items fixed nothing major few light bulbs here and there things like that "

"The floating house was very clean and roomy for the four of us. Beds were very comfortable! We had an issue with the hot tub but the maintenance man was very quick to respond to questions. Beautiful lake but the weather was a bit too chilly that time of the year. "
