"It was perfect "

Waterfront dining with spectacular views of the Catawba River! Propane BBQ for guest use.

"Easy check in/out and host was prompt to respond for the few questions we had. Lots to do for the kids and enjoyed the outside spaces. Steps downstairs are very tricky. Good thing there are two bedrooms on main floor for the older folks. Only issue is the pool started to turn green on day 3. But it's an above ground without a lot of circulation and it was scorching outside. Overall, definitely recommend."

"Great stay at this property! Manager was wonderful to work with and accomodated an early check in so that we could get to what we wanted to visit on time our first day there. Would 100 percent stay here again next time we are visiting Charlotte with a group."

"This property was just what we were looking for and expected. It was clean and comfortable. I would consider it more of a "house" than a "home" as there is nothing hanging on the walls and for the most part just a bed in the bedrooms. However, we didn't need all that "warm feeling" stuff. The kitchen is very well equipped, so if you're planning on preparing meals at this property you won't be disappointed. Lots of dishes, cups, pots, pans, bowls, and glasses. The thing I appreciated...

"Spend Thanksgiving weekend with family. The beds were so comfortable my mom wants me to find out the manufacturer and get her the same. Said best sleep she has had in a long time. Nicely decorated throughout the house. We could play downstairs with different board games while adults could converse upstairs. Great communications with the host. Just an overall pleasant experience. "

"This vacation home was near perfect for our family holiday - in spite of the chilly weather that kept us far away from the lake. We were, however, very disappointed that we were unable to use the living room gas fireplace. The 30 degree weather would have been more easily conquered and much more enjoyable with a cheery fire. That said, this would be a most amazing summer rental with gorgeous views, several water craft, a great dock, and perfect little beach. "

"We enjoyed the house and amenities! Very clean and host was super responsive. Only minor suggestion would be clear instructions on how to access the back of the house. Directions take you to main driveway. At night the back driveway to carport was difficult to see. Other than that, house was amazing! Thank you for having us! "

"We had a small and chill bachelor party here and it truly was the perfect spot for a group! The house is so new and modern, the shuffleboard table is such a fun and niche game, and plenty of space for several people. We played a TON of shuffleboard and I want one for my home now haha, it's such a cool idea! The location is a bit unique, it's on a disc golf course (great for our group and the course is really solid) but the neighbors all walk through the driveway and backyard at any given time...

"Both house & host were amazing. Well stocked kitchen & a seemingly endless supply of recreational equipment with enough toys & games to entertain all ages. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, which is great if you have children (no need to worry about heavy traffic). We can't wait to book again during the summer so we may take full advantage of the two story dock & the plethora of water toys. Highly recommend this property."

"The property was as advertised. Very comfortable for five (5) adults. A/C was very good. Best of all, it was in easy walking distance to Bank of America Stadium! Only one small complaint: I couldn't get the coffee making appliance (Nespresso) to work. We could not find any of those cups at the grocery store, so we couldn't make coffee at the house. Perhaps a Keurig would be better?"
