"I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing hotel in Goa, and I can’t say enough about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the phenomenal staff made us feel welcome and at ease, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. After a challenging journey from London fraught with visa issues, my anxiety vanished the moment we stepped into the resort. The warm smiles and genuine care of the staff were truly comforting. The hotel grounds were absolutely immaculate, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. Every corner of the property reflected a commitment to excellence and attention to detail. "

"Extremely comfortable space with ever smiling humble and happy staff to serve. They all were so so cooperative and friendly . Food and all meals were tasty . Completely safe since I was solo . Loved their hospitality. Being close to bus Stand helped so much for moving around in city . Travel desk too very good and helpful at odd hours too. Beyond satisfied with all the amenities Always consider if checking this side .They are just amazing and best. Gym too is good enough . Washrooms very clean all the time . Lounging area is so comfortable with so many options to hold meeting or relax . "

"I have to say, the property looks nice. The staff smiles at the entrance. We checked-in to a Premium Cottage room and realised it was unbearably hot, even with the air conditioning operating at peak. It had high ceilings because of a beautiful design but totally inconvenient and uncomfortable. We would not have survived in the room for the 2 nights we needed to stay at this property and instead of making a fuss about something that cannot be rectified. We asked to upgrade to the highest category - a two bedroom villa. The aesthetics in the villa were flawless - the furnishings tasteful, the linen was ok and we had a vast balcony. However, the service and amenities were a hit-and-miss. The service staff was very very young-looking, possibly just out of college and earnest, hard-working but utterly devoid of finesse or professionalism. There wasn't any/enough cutlery in the kitchen racks, the glasses were few, the water-bottles even lesser! These were stocked on demand. The loos/bathing area was clogged due to staffers (at the hotel) using them just before we checked-in and was resolved only after repeated requests. We then ordered dinner which the same staff got - same staff for Housekeeping and same for IRD service. They came with a tray with food covered in foil (like a 3-star hotel). No serving spoons. No cutlery was stocked in the kitchenette still. Food at high-tea was stale. Many many issues - all to do with lack of professionalism. Great potential though."

"Excellent villa with contemporary, plush and elegant design. Large size bedrooms with great sunlight were delightful. Plenty of space for up to 10 guests. There is also dedicated parking, lift and swimming pool for each villa which exceeded our expectations. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place for a party of 6 to 10 people."
