Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. You can stay at the park in luxurious and modern holiday villas for 4 people. The villas have a view of the water and/or the marina and have a large wooden terrace with furniture. Your luxury holiday villa in the Netherlands gives a spacious feeling thanks to the high ceilings and has all the necessary facilities such as a dishwasher and flat-screen TV. Due to the unique location, luxurious facilities, and tranquility, you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling!

 Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.
Accommodation Rules:Overnight visitors must be registered in advance. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax may apply.Youth groups and parties are not permitted.Business stays or reservations are available on request and subject to approval.
