"Simply amazing staff who are always polite and nothing is too much for them. From our checkin to room service to check out, every member of staff we met were exceptionally polite and always smiling. The food ordered in the room was subpar as it was bland and the chips were not cooked properly. However the staff really make this hotel stand out. "

"Good sized room and shower, very clean and comfortable, nice to have a good selection of TV programmes to watch before bedtime, delighted to have a window that opened to let me have some fresh air. Had a good sleep and great to be so close to the airport, would definitely recommend it. The girls at reception were very friendly, it's so nice to have a human being with a smile ☺ "
