"Short walk from the main train station, good communication about key drop off on day of arrival, beds were very comfortable, Lidl is around the corner, bathroom could be a bit cleaner, staircase up to the apartment could do with some lighting, about a 35 minute walk into the city centre but good public transport available. Overall very good and would stay there again if going back to Vienna"

"Communication and check-in was excellent and easy. The apartment was clean but furniture was basic, stove was missing trays, we only stayed overnight so this was not a big problem and I am sure they would have addressed this the next day as the help line was excellent. The area around the apartment is working class Vienna a playground with in 5min walking distance. "

"The corridor was narrow and the air was extremely hot. There was no cooling system in the room and we had to open the window. There was a lot of noise outside and insects entered our room. They didn't leave any shampoo for us in the bathroom and we had to buy shampoo. "

"This unit did not have an outside door key, but the telephone entry option is perfect (unless your phone is dead). I think the previous resident lost the outside door key, as 2 other units I have rented contain the outside door key. The buildings are a bit older and dusty, but everything works, and inside the unit everything is clean and modern and sufficient. The value is excellent and I plan to order from Check Vienna on my next trip to Vienna."

"Stylish in the photos but not designed to be lived in. Bathroom down steep stairs from the rest of the living area, with broken banister. Kitchen impractical for anything but making sandwiches. Good beds but bedside lighting chosen for looks rather than efficacy. Roof top deck unappealing, good mainly for smokers. Communication with manager was unsatisfactory. They paid lip service to daily complaints about construction on the apartment next door, which only ceased once the job was finished....

"I really enjoyed my stay in Vienna. The positive aspects of this hotel were that its location was good (close to the underground, close to the tram station and about 15minutes away from one or two very nice parks). The feature i was disappointed about was that the bathroom was way too small! One person could barely fit inside, the shower didn't work properly and the sink leaked quite a bit."

"The hotel location is not a good and safe area. It is very difficult to find parking. There is no AC. Kitchen is small. Not enough amenity provided. We have to save the toilet paper for three night stay. One bedroom is extremely small. It is barely fit one double bed. Not space beside the bed."
