スタッフの方が皆さん丁寧で、親切でとても温かい気持ちになりました。 雨が降ってたので、ホテルから道後温泉まで、エレベーターと渡り廊下を使いほとんど濡れずに最短で行けてとても便利でした。 お部屋が広くて畳のいい匂いがして快適でした。また是非泊まりたいです！

ホテルから地下2Fへ下りると、道後温泉本館と商店街に行けるのは便利だと思います。 お部屋はスパーリアルームでしたが、そこまで広くはなかったですが、清潔できれいでした。

1日のみ宿泊させていただきました。 とても綺麗で大満足でした、ありがとうございました。 一つだけちょっと要望なのですが、一歳の子供を朝食に連れて行った際、子供用の椅子は置いてないんだなと思ってたので、そのまま食べさせてたのですが、他のお客様に子供用の椅子を準備していたので、そこでようやくあるんだと気づいたので、朝食会場に入った際にお声掛けしていただけたら嬉しかったです。
