"Consigliato se si dispone di un'auto, l'hotel è in una posizione ottimale per la visita di Matera. In c/a 10 minuti si raggiunge infatti il comodo parcheggio di piazza Firrao e il cuore della città. "To be honest, we weren't sure what to expect. But after learning about the history of the city and what it has taken to come back is amazing! Having the experience of being able to stay in a "cave" was a something we will never forget. "il riscaldamento ( tramite condizionatore) di una delle due stanze era fuori uso per cui no n'è stato possibile utilizzarla costringendo ad utilizzare un'unica stanza matrimoniale. Il riscaldamento dell'acqua era anch'esso fuori uso e pur avvertendo la sera prima non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema al mattino. Ingiustificabile. "
