All the staff went out of their way to make us comfortable, from the bellboy who brought up our bags immediately to the housekeeping who quickly replaced the iron in our room, to the barista who made an incredible latte at breakfast to the front desk who accomodated every request I made... The beds are very comfortable and I always love oversized bath sheets which many other hotels skip... The ahava bath products are a nice touch too. "
