The staff were friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The food was delicious and an exquisite buffet at breakfast. The dining room got a bit hectic at times in the mornings, and it sometimes felt like they were understaffed as it took a long time to get coffee. But we could see that the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances. "
