"The staff were really good. We were allocated a very average room and when I called reception they did the best they could you relocate us. Still not great but definitely better. Beaches restaurant had changed their menu from a week prior which was disappointing. We are very regular stayers and would like to be recognised regularly not just when we book multiple rooms. We go with hotels.com as their reward program is more immediate and flexible even tho I am a gold IHG member"

"3 bedroom Villa was lovely and spacious, loved the pools and the gym was one of the best we've seen at a hotel. Buffet breakfast was good and staff were lovely. Kids had a ball! "

"Newly refurbished comfortable large room, with lovely decor. Double headed shower, comfortable bed, large towels, kettle, toaster, microwave. Only issue we found is storage for clothes, with only a small wardrobe and no drawers or shelves"

"The place was newly renovated, which made it really nice and clean. The bathroom design was amazing! Unfortunately, there was no kitchen sink, which made washing glasses and dishes quite challenging. My kids and I enjoyed the pool. Would have been great if the spa was warm. Overall, our overnight stay was worth it and will definitely come back! "

"We only stayed there one night, the cleanliness could have been better, only one lift for quite a big hotel. Couldn’t get the aircon to work, so we opened window. But was adequate for our needs. Staff were very nice & helpful."
