Being an apartment there was only one key fob to access the building and to go up and down the lift while we were 4 adults with different activities at different tiems planned. maybe ease of access can be improved on, everything else was great would highly recommend. "We really loved Jill's apartment. It was very spacious, quiet, close to town, and had absolutely everything we needed. Jill was lovely - the perfect host. She met us on arrival, and even had a fire lit for us given it was a bit of a cold windy rainy day due to the recent cyclone. This would definitely be my pick of accommodation in the area. Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before."
