"This property was our last stop in New Zealand before heading back to UK. We were delighted as it was as stunning as the pictures portrayed. The shack was well equipped with a very comfy bed. Being able to relax by the edge of the lake or take a kayak out on the water was a perfect place for us. Rod and Flow were lovely and welcoming and ensured we had a good stay. "

Relax on the deck and enjoy uninterrupted stunning views. It’s clean, comfortable and safe. Three minute walk to the fabulous white sandy beach that our dog loved as much as we did. Highly recommend. "Neighbouring properties made us very nervous to start with. No issues though and enjoyed our stay. Made the booking through a different website. Charged us for an extra night. Tried to communicate prior to check in. No luck and no reply. Overall experience very disappointing. Scared to use Bookabach or Bachcare again."
