"Annie met us when we arrived and was so friendly and helpful. The place was exactly how it was digitally presented and was clean, had plenty of beautiful room and even a perfectly working air conditioned bedroom upstairs. The town was quaint and everyone we encountered was friendly. We were there on off season which left it so wonderfully quiet and devoid of any type of touristy feel. Would highly recommend Casa Verde and plan on coming back at some point!"

"Limón has a distinct, authentic vibe which is more relaxed yet still friendly and welcoming. Passersby on the street will say hello and take the time to chat or point out local attractions. It seems like a pricless time capsule to Costa Rica before big tourism arrived. Park Hotel is great. Breakfast is delicious and available early. Gorgeous views of the Limon waterfront area, located in a walkable neighborhood a few blocks from the MEPES/Caribeños bus stations, restaurants, and the city beaches with chill bars to have a beer and interact with the cities residents."

"Amazing little hotel across the street from the beach. Fantastic restaurant, coffee shop/deli right on the beach as well. Sloths in the trees, birds, super nice for such a small and remote town."

"The house is really comfortable and unique. There is a lot of wildlife nearby. We felt completely safe. Troy is a fantastic host - very concerned with our comfort and ensured we had everything we needed. I would love to stay there again - it was perfect!!!!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. However, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and also an air conditioner since it can get very warm and the ceiling fan alone does not cool the room down. The staff and owners are super friendly and very attentive. We left very early in the morning and the lady working in the kitchen (I believe her name was Gira) offered to prepare us some sandwiches, which super nice of her. One negative was that things do not dry since its super humid outside as well as in the room. However, if you enjoy nature this is definitely the place to stay! "
