Probably the only minor negative was that there is a tenant in the bottom story which we were not aware of until after we booked, so we had to remind the kids to be quiet, which kind of took away from being able to relax a little. Stairs to upstairs rooms quite steep, so consider if you have mobility problems or very young children. Safety gate at top great and block at bottom allowed us to relax. Living area a little smaller than expected, very comfortable but would benefit from an extra chair for 3 adults to relax. Would return again."

"On a short-term work assignment, I was looking for somewhere I could feel at home - and I found it. Perfect size for one, immaculately clean and tidy, comfy and cozy! Lynda has been a wonderful host - especially for me being new to the area. Great location - literally a ten second walk to the beach - and away from the hustle and bustle of town.
