"Our stay was perfect. The receptionist was very kind, friendly and accomodating. I am pregnant and asked for a few extra pillows- she told me they dont usually have extras but she would check. Sometimes people just say this- but later that night when we had returned she had some delivered to my room without me asking/following up. I appreciated that!
