"We had a brilliant time! The house is really well set up for large groups with kids. Nathalie was lovely, available if we needed her but not at all instrusive. She was helpful and relaxed. I was happy there was a cover for the pool and that it was cleaned daily. The outside eating area is great, so is the kitchen. We loved the pétanque (floodlight too!) and the outdoor seating area with comfy chairs and fairy lights. The dogs were around quite a lot and the kids loved that! The area is amazing....

"This was the most perfect place to celebrate my 50th birthday with family. The two buildings are both unique, interesting and very easy to stay in. The main house had everything we needed and the garden and swimming pool were the finishing touches on a what is a truly spectacular place. Highly recommended."

"Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires. La localisation de la maison est parfait: à quelles minutes de marche du centre-ville et donc tous les commerces à proximité. La cuisine bien fonctionnelle contenait tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner avec suffisamment de plats, verres et ustensiles. La maison était bien fraîche malgré le temps chaud et la piscine bien appréciée. Un endroit où il fait bon passer le temps!"

"Beautiful setting - the pictures do not do it justice. The art work inside was fabulous. Pool was great for teenagers and also those under 10. Loads of space for family get together and cooking facilities were perfect for us - 8 in total. Car is essential which was fine for us the nearby towns are very beautiful. We found the lake Pas des Ondes which was about an hour away with a spectacular drive which was organised with facilities and so beautiful, swimming with the mountains around...

"Lieu au calme, isolé dans la magnifique nature, très reposant. Très belle région. Tout en nageant dans la piscine, une splendide vue dont nous pouvons profiter. Nous n’étions que 3, donc aucun souci de chambre. Notre hôte Élodie sympathique et réactive, vous répond ou rappelle très rapidement. La maison est charmante, atypique et l’on s’y sent vite chez soi. À part de menus détails je mettrais bien 5 étoiles partout…Nous y retournerions bien volontiers."

"The property was in a great location, very quiet and peaceful. Good level of equipment. Could have done with lounge seating for four people downstairs instead of for three, seeing as the property sleeps four. All in all very good, I would stay here again."

"Eigentlich schönes Anwesen. Aber viele Probleme Zunächst wurde unser Aufenthalt nach der Bestätigung um einen Tag gekürzt- eine Telefonnummer oder Anfahrtsbeschreibung wurde mehrmals vergeblich angefragt. Die Suche dauerte eine Stunde. Die Klimaanlage ist ein nur mobiles Kühlaggregat, man kann somit nur einen Raum kühlen. Die Schlafzimmer waren im im Obergeschoß waren im August nahezu 30 Grad warm. Betten gibt es keine, nur Schlafsofas und Gästebetten alle mit durchgelegenen Matratzen. Der Pool...

"Josette and Andre are very nice and strive to be helpful. Very rural location and setting was as we expected. The air conditioning was adequate in only one bedroom. The other 2 bedrooms plus the one upstairs bathroom and the separate toilette have air conditioning from only one unit located on the stair landing. It was not sufficient. Most nights, there was no hot water for bathing or showering. We went next door on two occasions to let the owners know, but they were not there. Apparently,...

"Belle maison de vacances, propre et parfaitement équipée au cœur de la campagne, très calme. Les propriétaires habitent à côté et restent discrets et attentifs aux besoins des locataires. On aurait préféré que le chien ne se déplace pas librement dans la partie extérieure de la location. Les extérieurs sont très agréables: la cuisine d'été donnant sur la piscine est un point fort."

"The swimming pool was green with algea and very dirty. We could not use it . The kitchen was full of flies, which we spent a lot of money having to clean, buy fly spray, fly strip! The cleaning was very poor. Mattresses on beds stained. The house could be beautiful and is in a lovely setting. But is in a state of disrepair. Very disappointing as this was our first family holiday in 3 years."
