"This was perfect for us and our dog. The stairs to the basement are a bit steep and I must have missed that this is a basement unit but regardless, it wasn't an issue for us. We had everything we needed to make this a pleasant stay. It also made me realize i need a new mattress for my home :0) Thank you for making our first trip to Colorado a pleasant one!!"

"Beautiful fall weekend in the mountains above Ft. Collins. The barn was very nice and we enjoyed staying there. Very relaxing with great views. The drive back and forth to Ft. Collins was longer than we thought it would be. The kids room was a bit small for our tall son but would be perfect for a younger child. Thanks for the memorable weekend!"

"Like the brown stone building flavor. Very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Easy check in and entrance. Lots of traffic noise, light in bathroom was problematic. It would turn on and off throughout the night which meant the heater was closed off due to door being shut. Frig made a lot of freeze and thaw noises. Extra blankets would be welcomed. "

"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Streamside on Fall River, and it was truly a perfect escape! The cabin was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and unwind. The cabin is affordable and you get a lot for your money. It felt private and secluded, which made for such a peaceful and tranquil experience. The attention to detail inside the cabin, from the cozy furnishings to the well-equipped kitchen, made it feel like a true home away...

"The cabin was cute , very clean and well stocked. The heat worked great and kept us warm and comfortable during the night. However, the bathroom was small and the shower was very awkward. Really only room for one person to sit at the table unless you move it out blocking the back door. "
