"Good, cozy spot for a couple if you’re looking to go hiking in RMNP for a few days. Hot tub was great to come to at the end of the day. However, the WiFi at the property is awful. There’s a smart TV, but you can hardly stream anything with how bad the connection is. Estes park already has bad cell service and having poor WiFi was disappointing. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Solitude. The room was very clean, had new furnishing and the shower was roomy. The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the ambiance of the gas fireplace. The onsite ice maker was convenient for our picnic lunches. The lodge location was just perfect for our RMNP visit. We saw elk and deer right out front our room almost every day. "

What we liked about it the most was the convenience of getting anywhere you wanted to go in a fast amount of time. Rocky Mountain was a 10 min drive, downtown is less than 5. "The property is on a second floor. It has an elevator so you don't have to do stairs. The property overlooks Elkhorn street with a perfect view of the Saturday morning parade of the clans. The property is large and well appointed. It can sleep 4 people with no problem. We have rented this place for the past two years and would rent it again without any issue."

"Unit was not marked. Checked in fine locked up went into town came back couldn’t get in our unit code would not work after 3 tries had to call the after hour emergency number for it resolved. in the mornings the big window needs a dark curtain or shade so if u want to sleep in good luck it is to bright,the bed seems like it’s lower at the head rest side. Don’t recall getting a combination number for the jacuzzi didn’t bother to ask. Upstairs was occupied and them walking around was very loud...

"The cabin was very clean and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable and the back patio was really nice. The location was close and convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. The bathroom was very large and we had a jet tub, which was really nice, but the shower portion did not work well. My husband is 6'3 and the shower portion was extremely low. I am 5'7" and it was too short even for me. If you are ok with just taking baths, it is a really nice tub. "
