"Good: Beautiful modern room and bathroom with balcony. Very attentive and helpful staff. Big laundry Room with dryer. Good vibe! Not so good: room was dusty (NOT dirty). I just wipe surfaces off with toilet paper. Breakfast buffet was very basic. No soap vending machind in laundry room. Thanks to a nice guest who had to buy a big bottle of detergent at a nearby market because he couldn’t find anything smaller, then left the bottle there for others to use. "The bed was very comfortable and clean. The room smaller than expected, but it was fine. We liked the service at the reception, they were all polite and answer our questions. Luca was particularly helpful and polite and offered dining suggestions, patiently explaining where to go park in Treviso and walk around the pretty town or where to park the car to take the train to Venice. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area."
