"Mayura is located away from the central Ubud area but still within walking distance to cafes, restaurants and a great laundromat! The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, helpful and welcoming - every day! Room amenities were adequately provided and the pillows were excellent! Overall a really lovely hotel which I would recommend to friends and family."

"Not the best way to start a trip. Our reservation was for 4days paying an extra night due to the fact that we were arriving at 2am so wanted the convenience of having the room ready upon arrival. We arrived at 2am to check-in into a property that was definitely not what was advertised online/Expedia. "Doors did not fully close, bugs constantly flying in. Pigs next door squealing at all hours. Staff was friendly, but when I needed to cancel because of the bugs and noise, they said they can only return half my money. Also no soap or shampoo provided. "
