"The check in and out process was smooth. The hotel have good amenities, a series of activities and programs for guests and even kids. Regular shuttle bus services to Bali Collection and the beach are good. We particularly enjoyed the large swimming pool."

"Conrad hotel’s lobby is very beautiful, the room is quite clean and quiet, the quilt cover and bedsheet are very comfortable. I also love the interior of room and elegant curtain. The beach is near the hotel, just one minute walk. The beach is beautiful, and very clean, water is quite clear. Local buffet and Japanese buffet are very delicious, many foods can choose. All staffs are friendly, we really enjoyed staying at Conrad hotel, and definitely come back."

"Staff and overall stay was lovely. I was a little upset that my door jammed locked and I was stuck waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes and they didn’t offer much empathy and no compensation, but I understand they don’t have to do that. The AC didn’t ever go below 22 celcius which won’t be pleasant for those that like it cold at night. Very nice toiletries and bathrooms. Pool area is gorgeous and the bar food and drinks were great. "Pools and child-friendly facilities were fantastic. Staff were always warm, prompt and keen to assist. Room was also clean and well-furnished. However, the daily breakfast should have a dedicated Halal section for Muslim guests. "My family and I stayed there 10 nights over the Christmas break. We absolutely loved it. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Everyone one treated us like family. The resort is located walking distance to every top rated Restaurant and Cafe. The path along the beach at the rear of resort is ideal, and the sunset is amazing. "
