"My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. You're only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, it's only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. "Everything about this property is lovely. It is nicely decorated and equipped with all modern conveniences. We were visiting family and didn't have to cook any meals, but the kitchen is well equipped. We will have to come again when the weather is warmer to use the pool and enjoy the garden. "The fireplace could not be used. The filtration of the swimming pool was only on in the morning. Therefore it was not Cleary clean. At the end of our holiday the technician made the swimming pool clean, and de filtration on going. This was late, we liked to have a clean swimming pool in the earlier days of our holiday. We asked for it, but the cleaning was 1 day earlier then respected."

"Das Haus ist wie abgebildet, grossräumig und ziemlich sauber. Im Untergeschoss ist ein Zimmer mit drei Betten und ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett. Im Obergeschoss zwei Zimmer mit Doppelbetten. Der Garten ist richtig toll, herrlich zum Spielen, baden und auch für Hunde ideal. Leider war der Pool schon ziemlich kalt. Absolut empfehlenswert für Familien. "

"Nous avons passé 4 nuits à 4 adultes et 4 enfants. La superficie du logement, ces équipements et son agencement, nous ont permis de passé un excellent séjour entre amis. Très belle véranda avec pergola bioclimatique qui est agrémentée de son grand SPA en extérieur. La proximité avec l'aéroport de Montpellier engendre aucune nuisance, très faible rotation sur cet aéroport.
