"Een heerlijk verblijf in het huis van Patrick en Yvonne. Ze hebben ons goed verwelkomd en wisten ons nuttige tips te geven. De keuken is wat verouderd maar geeft zeker geen beperkingen. Het huis is koel, eventueel kan de airco ook aan. Dat was niet altijd nodig ofschoon we er midden in de hete weken waren. De badkamer is zeer comfortabel, een heerlijke doche! "The cabin is situated in the grounds of the manor house that once belonged to the author Laurence Durell. The hostess is amazing and cannot do enough to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Walk out of the secure grounds and you are in the old town of Sommieres, with its numerous restaurants and bars . This place could not score higher if you want a base to explore the area."

"Hier passt alles. Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Ruhige Lage, schöner großer Pool. André ist ein wirklich sehr netter Gastgeber. Im Ort Aumessas gibt es einiges zu sehen und gute Pizza (zum Abholen). Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Cevennen. Zum Einkaufen muss man auch nicht weit fahren. "We (2 adults, 1 child) stayed at the Gite d’Emma for a very hot week in August. The gite is very modern and very well equipped with everything you could need. "We stayed only 2 nights in this very clean, with love decorated house. Really friendly owner, complete house, very comfortable. "We had a fantastic stay here - the quality of the apartment is very high and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Danielle was a lovely hostess and we managed to communicate well despite our limited French. The location is a beautiful and tranquil one outside the village and close to the lagoons. "The reception tried her best to fulfill my request and was friendly. I forgot to put the sign of do not disturb so the housekeeper did a good job cleaning. I thought it would have been cleaned only when i put the sign to ask for housekeeping. The ventilation of other rooms seemed no working so I smell when the neighbors were cooking. To sum up, a good value for a business traveler who cares about budget."
