"Charming Stay with Incredible Lake Views! Lino's Place in Lezzeno was everything we hoped for and more. The apartment is situated in a peaceful, scenic spot with stunning views of Lake Como from the balcony. Waking up to that view every day was a dream. The location is perfect—far from the crowds but close enough to visit nearby towns like Bellagio, which is just a short drive away. "I will admit that i knew this property had no air conditioning. But, booking for the middle of September, I thought that we would be comfortable at night with open windows. HOWEVER, the street noise is very loud and goes all night!! You cannot sleep with the windows open. Save yourself some misery and restless sleep. The apartment is very cute and in a good location and this problem could be easily resolved for the future by adding some air conditioning!"

"The apartment is like a 1970s time capsule! We were a bit shocked at first, but it is super clean and in great shape. There is a washer if you need it and a kitchen with everything you need. The porch is huge with gorgeous views of the lake. As far as I know, there is no wifi. I reached out and never heard back. There also is no shower, but there is a tub with a shower head on a hose. "Lovely little property 10 minute walk from Bellagio centre. Has all you need as somewhere to rest when exploring Lake Como. As mentioned in other reviews it was a bit damp with evident problems in the past with mould but over wise lovely and don’t let that put you off. Comfy bed and very clean apartment. "

"Sehr schön. Sehr schöner Blick von der großen Terrasse auf den See, abends besonders schön, wenn die Lichter in Stresa oder auf der anderen Seite in Baveno leuchten. Der Strand ist nicht eit weg, vielleicht 15-20 min zu Fuß. Es ist abgeschlossenes Gelände. Das kann man auf einem zur Wohnung gehörigen überdachten Parkplatz abstellen. "Our group of 2 sisters, plus spouses (very fit age 60's, 70's) stayed here mid-September; it is a beautiful location right on the lake. If the weather had been a bit warmer, less windy and rainy, we would have spent more time on the delightful patio. Getting here, however, on the epically windy roads, and down a very steep driveway, and many steps to get to the apartment, makes it challenging if you're not a good driver/active walker. In general, we walked everywhere on our 4 night stay here....
