"Fantastic accommodation, really high end fixtures and fittings. We did hear people coming out of the pub next door between 11:30pm and 12:00am, but didn’t affect our stay. Would defo come again"

"This is our second year staying at Christmas. It’s great location for Sandsend and Whitby. The house itself is warm well equipped and spacious for the whole family to stay. We love staying here as a family and will be returning again throughout the year."

Very nice

"We were actually surprised that we had such a nice stay after reading the reviews. You get what you pay for at the end of the day and we paid £40 for a twin room. It was clean and comfortable we got a lovely sea view and the shower was great. The only problem was the check in we waited about an hour in the queue as they required photo id and a lot of the guests checking in were unaware of it so it held everybody up, thankfully we had ours. We would definitely stay here again. "
