This house offers two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher so is ideal for large groups. The house is fully fenced and the section provides fantastic privacy and is perfect for guests to take advantage of the large deck . Outdoor furniture is provided, including beanbags, to take advantage of the all day sun.

So close to town
Great place to stay - so close to town - plenty of room for two couples had our own bathrooms so that was a plus. Would certainly use again for a weekend away for 2-4 couples perfect!

Pleasure in Martinborough
This is a great place to stay, very well setup, in a quiet street but within walking distance to main square. Cycles were provided, and the hosts very helpful. Highly recommended, will be back!

Great house handy location and very quiet
We enjoyed our stay, the location it is quiet and handy to the Martinborough shops, cafes etc. The two shower rooms are great and plenty of hot water. Also the two heat pumps do the job even on cold nights.

Our group has returned to this property a number of times and would do so again. Fiona and Shaun are pleasant to communicate with. The deck is a nice addition for breakfast with the birds.

Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, good size bedrooms, great outdoor space, close to the square. Perfection would have seen the lawn mown and a sun umbrella for the bbq table, but there was shade under the trees and no kids wanti g to play cricket. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for a weekend with the girls. Two full bathrooms meant no waiting! Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Didn’t discover the outdoor furniture til the end of the stay, but large outdoor space for lounging about. Thank you!

Central to everything
Very clean and main streets, shops, cafes, bars etc easily walkable. Supermarkets are a few minutes walk and open till at least 8pm so can stock up on breakfast provisions on the way. Coffee on the square was great. Very comfy beds in the cottage, aircon was most welcome as it was quite hot on our stay - curtains did a good job keeping out heat. We didn’t use the bbq or stove - heated up some bread in oven (worked it out after pressing lots of buttons). Lots of tea and coffee and extras (sauces, oil, spread, cling wrap, etc) and good shampoo and conditioner. All in all we were very happy with our say, would stay again and recommend.

Lovely home
Well appointed and comfortable property. Easy walking distance to centre of town. Two very effective heatpumps, as was a very cold weekend. Great showers. A fuse blew while we were staying there and this was dealt with very promptly by the owners of the property. One improvement that could be made was better outside lighting for when coming home at night. Was a motion detection light but wasn't working. Apart from that a great place to stay.
