"We spend 1 excellent week in this villa. The villa is well equipped. The swimming pool is large and the children enjoyed it. The villa is in a quiet village and is well located (about 20 min by car from Pisa or Lucca and 1h to Firenze). It was heart breaking to leave. "

"This is a great spot and a well maintained property. The room is very simple and rustic, but entirely functional, very well kept, and cozy. The road to the house is a steep dirt hill that will put some scratches in your car's undercarriage, so get the rental coverage or be prepared. Also, the WIFI is very weak and cell signal only available in a few spots in the room, so don't expect this to be a connected stay. Note to owner: the wifi hot spot you have in place is not very functional."

"This property and the hosts are wonderful! The home is beautifully updated and comfortable with everything you need for cooking. The outdoor spaces are also wonderful and very comfortable. "What a shame, the entire region of Pescia is beautiful but everything at this cottage is awful. Its totally bizarre and weird and so so dirty. Honestly i doubt the place has ever been dusted once which is just disgusting. The shower curtain was full of mould.. bugs everywhere it was a literal disaster, not any normal persons idea of a vacation.
