La possibilité de se garer au cimetière à 3min à pied et être à 4 min à pied de la gare routière était particulièrement agréable aussi tout comme le centre ville à 5min. L'appart est petit mais fonctionnel, il y a l'essentiel et même des rangements pour nos affaires. La communication est facile et Damien et Denys sont réactifs en cas de besoin et/ou pour les check-in et out. Je pourrais y revenir."

"Amazing stay in Les Coches. Apartment is right on the slope. Sadly snow conditions meant we could not ski out, but a small climb took us to a lift and we were on our way. We were family of 4 and apartment felt spacious and was well equipped with a nice balcony overlooking the piste. Isabelle (the owner) was super helpful and check in/out was very easy. Les Coches is superbly located to explore La Plagne and Les Arcs and the town is walkable with a few restaurants and shops. Would highly...

"This is a return booking for this superbly equipped, comfortable apartment close to the newly developed gondola station and the centre of Saint Gervais, with great views across the town and mountains. Easy to walk to the bars, restaurants, bus stops and the TMB. The apartment owners are lovely too! All in all a great base for a fab holiday in the Mont Blanc region. We’ve been visiting the area for 20 years and will try and book this apartment again next time!"

"Excellent location in the old town area. Close to shops, restaurants, lake and Christmas Market. Loft was clean and had an equipped kitchen with everything we required. Having a washing machine was a great bonus, Outdoor terrace is very private and would have been great to use if the weather was a bit warmer. Check in was easy and host replied to messages quickly. Would stay again if back in Annecy. "

The space was more than ample for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. "This property was in a pefect location to explore the old town area of Annecy with lots dining and shops to visit. The kitchen was well equipped. The loft bed was a unique feature but a bit of a challenge for my husband who is quite tall. The hot water breaker required constant resets during our stay and was off when we arrived so we had no hot water upon check-in. "

"On a passé une super semaine en famille dans ce logement impeccable! petite terrasse bien sympathique, avec le matin la surprise de voir les montgolfières, ce qui a beaucoup plu à mon fils. Semaine agréable avec jeux pour les enfants à côté, intermarché à pied environ à 10min, lac pour se baigner ... on a adoré les randonnées également, le long de la rivière c'était agréable ! on a aimé la proximité avec tout, et surtout la piscine! très appréciable en fin de journée!"

"We've stayed in Les Arcs many times and this was the best apartment so far! The lounge was very spacious and the balcony is sunny in the afternoon as we sat and had a beer whilst watching the skiers return. We loved the décor too! Jean Marc was a great host who was always available to answer any questions. Highly recommended!"
