Second when you are told a key will be sent we do not imagine an electronic message and codes. This delayed our entry to the property by 1hr. The staff connected us with the pro loco to help find our family living in Corleto and were super accommodating with check-in and check-out. They were patient with working through the language barrier and available for anything we needed during our stay. Gerardo even did a video chat a month prior to ensure that our trip would be perfect.
