"I like its history and the Staff are excellent. I disliked: a) Wasting so much milk. I only needed a small spoonful. b) Morning shower.......the water was tepid at the most despite the fact that I reported it and was assured it would be better next day. c) Noisy, especially on Friday night. I could feel the bedroom floor vibrating. d) I found the dinner menu very limited after the first evening. "

"Wonderful break in a special pub. We really enjoyed our stay at the Duke William. The host Adam was a superstar and all the staff made our visit very special. The pub itself is the star, such a wonderful ambience, clearly loved by locals. The food is hearty and everything you want from pub grub. Our room was a little on the small side, so we had to squeeze to get around the bed, and it was on the warm side (but better that than being too cold). "The room had excellent facilities, was attractively furnished in keeping with an historic building and village and spacious. Staff were kind and considerate and thoughtful, much appreciatrd as we are in 80s. Menu allowed for variety of choice, food well presented. Highly recommend New Flying Horse to.all and commend owners for such a high class. well run business at reasonable price "
