"Cute little older home very close to Boonville downtown. We picked it because it was right by the Katy Trail. What we didn't realize was that you have to walk/ride 1/2 mile over a very busy bridge connected to a 4 line highway to get to the secluded part of the trail that we're used to being on. The walking bridge is connected to the highway and we did feel safe. It just had a lot of traffic noise and wind. The outside of the house fits in with the neighborhood but it could use some tlc. ...

The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. A large deck with a table and various seating options was available that we did not get to utilize due to weather.
